Integrations are super fast, depending on your product's complexity. Most teams integrate in under 30 minutes!
Do I need a technical team before working with you?
No! If you are in the scale plan, we provide Forward Deployed Engineers for you. If not, book a call with us and we can figure something out.
Can we make the agent send a message first?
Yes! Our agents can be both proactive and reactive. The agent remembers all of its conversations, so you can leverage that to send personalized messages via any interface (your app, WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, Discord, etc).
Do I need to install anything?
No. We are an API-first platform, so you just connect to your system and you can call us directly, or just copy/paste an iFrame tag into your website.
Can I really bring my app to other platforms?
Yes! You can now live where your users live. Allow your users to make purchases, complete actions, making changes, all without opening having to open your app/website.
