How long does it take to integrate?
An initial AI integration takes less than a 3 business days. All you need is the API you want to connect (internal or external), authentication to it, and voila!
Do I need a technical team before working with you?
No! If you are in the scale plan, we provide Forward Deployed Engineers for you. If not, book a call with us and we can figure something out.
Can we make the agent send a message first?
100%. We do a combination of the AI Agent and other techniques to allow your agents to feel truly conversational. The agent remembers all of its conversations, so you can leverage that to send personalized messages via any interface (your app, WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, Discord, etc).
Do I need to install anything?
No. We are an API-first platform, so you just connect to your system and you can call us directly, or just copy/paste an iFrame tag for your website.
Can I really bring my app to other platforms?
Yes! ;). You can now live where your users live. Gone are the days of being limited by users opening your app/website.
