1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. This information is necessary to provide you with access to our platform and services.

1.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including API calls, agent deployments, feature usage, and performance metrics. This helps us improve our services and provide better support.

1.3 Agent Data

We collect data about your AI agents, including configurations, system prompts, tool integrations, and execution logs. This data is used to provide the service and is kept secure and confidential.

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance for secure payment processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide services: To operate and maintain the Meebly AI platform, process API requests, and execute your AI agents.
• Improve the platform: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, performance, and user experience.
• Customer support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.

3. AI Models, Training, and Inference

Because Meebly is an AI platform, we are explicit about how your data interacts with AI models — both when we generate responses (inference) and when models are trained.

Inference. To answer a request, Meebly sends your prompts and the context needed to fulfill them — which may include relevant portions of your agent configurations, tool and integration metadata, retrieved records, and prior conversation history — to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. This data is used only to produce the response for that request.

Our default model provider. By default, Meebly routes requests to our managed model provider. On this path we have disabled all data-sharing options in our provider account, and the provider's API terms prohibit using your data to train its models. We do not use your data to train models, and we do not permit our provider to do so.

Bring-your-own provider. If you configure your own model provider or API key, your prompts and context are sent to that provider under your own account and agreement with them. In that case, the provider's own data, training, and retention terms govern how your data is handled, and you are responsible for reviewing and configuring those settings, including any data-sharing or training options. Meebly does not control and is not responsible for the data-sharing, training, or retention practices of any provider you choose to connect. Meebly itself still does not use your data to train models.

Training by Meebly. Regardless of which provider is used, we do not use your messages, agent configurations, system prompts, integration data, or execution logs to train AI models. The only exceptions are content that is: (1) flagged for security or abuse review, so we can detect, prevent, and act on misuse of the Service; (2) explicitly submitted to us by you, such as Feedback or a support request; or (3) data you have expressly agreed may be used to improve a model.

Credentials. Connection credentials for your integrations — API keys, OAuth tokens, database passwords, and similar secrets used to reach your backend systems — are never transmitted to AI model providers. They are encrypted in transit and at rest and are used only to call the integrations you have authorized.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share data in limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (for example, cloud hosting and payment processing).
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect your ability to use certain features of the site.
